◈Notes on Deposit Payment

※After booking:

⋄ If the reservation is on weekdays, the full room rate will be charged

⋄ For holiday housing, a deposit of $1000 will be charged, and the rest of the room can be paid at the time of check-in.

⋄ [Remittance] to the designated account or [On-site payment] deposit or full room charge within three days after booking is required to complete the

 

reservation procedure and guarantee

      Stay in the room and call to confirm after the remittance. If the deposit is not remitted within the time limit, the reservation will be automatically cancelled without further notice.

Natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes occur on the day of accommodation [have been issued as guidelines by the county and city government where the hotel is located], full amount is available

Refund of the deposit [10% handling fee must be deducted or retained for six months] .

⋄ If you cancel the reservation 10 days before the stay, a 10% handling fee will be deducted or an extension will be made once, and the extension is limited to three months.

⋄ If the reservation is cancelled 7-9 days before the accommodation date, 50% of the paid deposit will be refunded.

⋄ If you cancel the reservation 4~6 days before the accommodation date, 40% of the paid deposit will be refunded.

⋄ If you cancel the reservation 2~3 days before the accommodation date, 30% of the paid deposit will be refunded.

⋄ If the reservation is cancelled 1 day before the accommodation day, 20% of the paid deposit will be refunded.

⋄ If you cancel the reservation on the day of accommodation, the deposit will not be refunded.
